Only licensed real estate brokers need subscriptions. Buyers have free access to search and view all public listings. Salespersons work under their broker's subscription - their activities count towards the broker's plan limits.
How do salesperson activities affect broker subscriptions?
All listing activities by salespersons under a brokerage count towards the broker's subscription limits. For example, if a broker has a Broker Network plan (10 network listings), both the broker and their salespersons can create network listings, but the total cannot exceed 10.
What's the difference between network and public listings?
Network listings are only visible to verified brokers on the platform, perfect for broker-to-broker collaboration. Public listings are visible to all users and potential buyers. Private listings are only visible to the listing broker and their team.
What do buyers get for free?
Buyers have completely free access to search all public listings, use advanced custom search filters, view detailed property information, contact brokers directly, save favorites, and receive property alerts. No subscription or fees required.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, brokers can upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing adjustments will be prorated.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
Your existing listings remain active, but you won't be able to create new listings that exceed your plan's limits until you upgrade again.
